Immerse yourself in a space created to give you a rest from busy city living. Whilst an in-depth consultation is carried out for each treatment, enabling me to create a bespoke treatment, you can begin to wind down with help from the relaxing, aromatic scents, gentle candle light and ambient music. A soothing foot cleanse and aromatic inhalations introduce you to the treatment, allowing us to create a grounding experience that eases everyday stresses and demands. SPORTS AND REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Assessment models required for Postural Analysis and Remedial Massage.
For those in need of a targeted treatment that will help to alleviate signs of aggravated tension, pain and restriction in the muscles as well as provide suitable aftercare and exercises to help aid recovery.

A deeper pressure using heat penetration to relieve aching and exhausted muscles. Great for those who enjoy the sensation of a warmth and therapeutic touch.

FOCUS ON THE FEET
Whilst a heated eye pillow rests on your eyes and meditative breathing is encouraged, a lower leg exfoliation, steam and massage that evokes a feeling of deep relaxation and a sense of relief throughout the entire body.

REFLEXOLOGY
Assessment models required for full Reflexology therapy.
Reflexology focused on the pressure points on the feet to detect imbalances in internal organs and body imbalances. This treatment will restore energy, release stresses and allow you to dip your toe into a space of utter relaxation.

FOCUS ON THE BACK
An immersive experience focusing completely on the back, neck and scalp. Treatment includes a back cleanse, steam, exfoliation, mask and massage, with additional massage on the back of the legs.

ADVANCED FACIALS
For results- driven skin treatments, Jan Marini Skin Research (JMSR) is used within the Sto studio due to it's varying levels of intensity ranging from facials to progressive glycolic peels to more intensive clinical peels. This complete range of protocols allows aesthetic professionals to address all major skin concerns and develop customized skincare programs that fit all patients’ individual downtime and lifestyle needs.
Skin Consultation

This service includes an in-depth conversation and visual examination to develop a personalized skin treatment plan. The £30 fee is redeemable against any Jan Marini facial or skincare product.
ENZYME Facials
The Jan Marini Enzyme Facials are the perfect blend of relaxation and results that integrate a combination of advanced skincare technologies with therapeutic massage techniques. These facials suit all skin types and concerns.
After a thorough consultation has been carried out, we will then decide whether the C-ESTA, Luminate, Retinol Plus or Marini Enzyme will be most suitable for your primary concerns. All facials include an effective, yet gentle, method of enzyme resurfacing with steam, extractions, and a bespoke treatment mask. Additional methods used within the facial include; facial cupping, Gua Sha, and Cryo Globes and immersive massage techniques to support immediate lymphatic drainage, improved facial contours and a reduction in puffiness and swelling.

pROGRESSIVE GLYCOLIC Peels
Provide accelerated results through a progressive series of customizable protocols featuring highly concentrated glycolic acid to address multiple skin concerns with no downtime or impact on daily activities. The peels are recommended as a course of treatments to increase cell regeneration and repair, accelerating the desired results. The peels are perfect for anyone with concerns around; hyper-pigmentation, deep set lines and wrinkles, acne scarring and premature ageing induced dullness.
Two options of intensity are available - 40% and 70%. The level of intensity used will be determined by your current homecare.
You must be using the Skin Management System or a high percentage glycolic for a minimum of 3-4 weeks before your peel.
